We had another day of catching up with friends, this time with Jake, Amanda, Leo and Lilo (Leo is the boy Katherine is going to marry, according to her). Katherine and Leo went to Littlehaven Infants School together. Amanda had just come home from day surgery the previous day so we made a quick trip to the shop to pick up more food and then headed off for a BBQ in the glorious sunshine which was soon to disappear. We spent the afternoon and night talking and catching up and basking in the sun whenever it appeared. The children had spent the afternoon in the paddling pool, playing Wii, jumping on the trampoline and playing on the swings. Much fun had by all so when the adults said it was time to go home the little cherubs were not happy campers! We decided the swims counted as their bath for the night and once home we piled them all into bed.
