It's been six weeks of musical bliss at CJW Clubs in Shanghai, china. I sing from Tuesday to Saturday at the "Soho-like" area, Xintiandi. Then, every Sunday, we play on the 50th floor of the Bund Center at the rear of the Westin Hotel.

It has been a wonderful experience to work with Carol Chang (Taiwan - piano, on Sundays, only); Mark Bai (Nanjing - piano - Tues-Sat); Kevin Harris (elec. bass from NYC); Ahming (Shanghai - drums) and Brandon Wozniak (Wisconsin - tenor sax).

Last night was Brandon's last night with us. He is on his way to Singapore for vacation, then returning to the states. He will be missed!!!

Enjoy the photos of the bandmembers, who've been playing my original compositions - "Butterfly", "A Natural Thing", "We Are Free", "Nobody's Husband", "Treat Me Right", "Bluesin' The Night Away", "Dreamin'" and "High Sea Blues". I had the good fortune to have two friends, Evan Berman and Tanya Simons Oparah agree to videotape us on two different evenings and the videos are really great!
