Very brief summary of the trip around the rest of Ireland as limited internet time.
Left Cootehill on the Saturday and headed to Dublin for the day/night. Did all sights including Guiness brewery where we spent around 2.5 hours touring and drinking - Steve ended up consuming a reasonable amount after I was weak and couldn't do my pint and we took a few extra samples at the batch tasting stage of the process. Stayed in scummiest hostel to date but was just for a night so we coped with the flies and dirty sheets. Picked up rental car on Sunday and then spent next week doing cliffs of Mohir, ring of Kerry (pretty gutted on that one as had thick fog/rain whole drive and didn't see a lot), Gap of dunloe, Kilkenny, Cork etc etc. Great time but weather was definately crap and we found the tent floor was no longer fully water proof in all places - gutted. Tarp has come in handy again.
